Insurance and Payments
At Coastal Eye Center, our goal is to promote good eye health and enable you to have the clearest vision possible. We accept most types of insurance, cash, checks, credit cards and Care Credit. We inform our patients about exam and treatment costs at the time of your appointment. If you require a breakdown of costs, please let us know.
Insurance
We participate with Medicare, Florida Blue PPO, Out of State Blue Cross, Florida Blue Medicare Advantage PPO, Aetna PPO and United Healthcare PPO. Please call our office if you have any questions about your insurance provider.
Payment Options
Our staff understands that cost is a concern. We do not want cost to be an obstacle to maintaining proper eye health and good vision. We accept various forms of payment and are able to discuss financing options with you prior to any examination. At Coastal Eye Center, we also accept cash, check, major credit cards and Care Credit. Cancellation Policy
A charge will be made for broken appointments unless a 24 hour notice is provided.
